Order Processing Specialist

Location: Burnsville, MN- Hybrid (2 days remote after 90-day training)

Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $20-$23/hr + $200 monthly accuracy bonus

Join our Inside Sales Team as an Order Processing Specialist, where you'll play a key role in entering and managing customer orders using Acumatica ERP and EDI platforms. You'll collaborate with Sales, Shipping, and Purchasing teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing returns, generating quotes, and maintaining account info.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of data entry/order processing experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
